1. Use of the App – You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Accounts – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.

3. Subscriptions – All payments are handled through Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account at least 24 hours before renewal.

4. Content Ownership – All text, graphics, and design elements are the property of NexWave Studios LLC.

5. User Content – You retain ownership of your entries or prayers; you grant us a limited license to store them for display within your account.

6. Disclaimer – The App provides inspirational content only and is not a substitute for professional counseling or advice.

7. Termination – We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.
